Smoking - not allowed inside; guests are free to smoke on the upstairs terrace and on the living room balcony; it is also alowed to smoke in the room's balconies (Belém and Baixa)

General Policies

Cancellation policies - cancelation after reservation confirmation has been done will always imply the payment of €50. Reservations cancelled with less than a week will be charged 50% of the total reservation;

Pets - cats and dogs not allowed; in case the guest wishes to bring other pets please contact the front desk.
